The hotel provided a random assortment of shelf-stable goods, such as packaged pastries, crackers and cereal, plus a small fridge jam-packed full of Italian items (none of which we ate). AC worked well. The location, while not in a pretty area, was fairly centralized to our activities. The staff were pleasant.

The accommodations exceeded our expectations along with the very amicable staff. The room was fully stocked with food and snack items which we appreciated. I would definitely rebook this hotel without hesitation. The room décor fully depicts the feeling of Rome. We and our family travelers fully enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Prepackaged breakfast in the room sounded weird, but it was really excellent for our group because everyone was able to find something they liked or something that suited their dietary needs.

Staff so helpful and friendly. Loved how unique the hotel was in terms of decor, so interesting. Location great for getting around and visiting all the sights. Breakfast provided in the room amazing in terms of quantity. Beds very comfortable. Double glazing very good, kept out noise from a busy road. Also appreciated air conditioning.

We had an issue with our rooms, the staff were wonderful and resolved this quickly. The hotel is quirky which added to the experience, great central location. Nearby restaurants.

What I liked (the only thing!) is the location. The rest was terrible. I wholeheartedly don't recommend this hotel, in fact, I would recommend staying away from it.

The staff is very nice. The whole hotel is very comfortable, beautiful and clean. All important attractions are within walking distance. We spent a great couple of days there. The hotel and staff made our vacation better.

Great atmosphere and lovely staff. The location is perfect for tourists wanting to see everything and get around Rome easily. The amenities are great and the hotel supplies everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Alberto was especially wonderful, always cheerful and extremely helpful. We had a lovely stay and would definitely book again next time we visit Rome

This absolutely exceeded expectations: close to a bus stop, so easy to get to/from the airport; the staff were so friendly and helpful and offered lots of ideas on what to do while in Rome; the room (although small) was clean and had everything we needed including a fridge with all the snacks and treats you could dream of that was topped up daily, and the bed was very comfortable; the bathroom was compact but clean and the shower was great; location is incredible (10 min walk from the Pantheon / 20 min walk from the Colosseum) and there are cafes right outside that serve fantastic suppli. If you're planning to explore Rome for a few days (we were there for 4 nights) then this is the absolute best spot to stay in and I could not recommend it enough!

The location was great. Close to many attractions. The staff were amazing, so friendly, they could not do enough for us. They shouted us our last dinner in Rome and gifted us a bag of pasta to take home. The snacks & food in the room were outstanding. It saved a lot of money by having to buy breakfast or snacks elsewhere. Room serviced daily. The staff made our stay personable- they greeted us by name each time we walked through reception.
